Who we are

Taberna Technology Inc. ("we", "us") is the data controller for the personal data you submit through this website. If you have any questions about this policy or want to exercise your rights, email us at info@taberna.tech.

What we collect and why

We only collect the information you choose to give us through our forms:

• Contact form: your email address, company, and message — so we can respond to your enquiry.
• Hadrian beta signup: your name, email address, organization, and the Appian, deployment, database, LLM, and use-case details you provide — so we can evaluate and run the closed beta.

Our lawful basis

We process this data on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box when you submit a form. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see "Your rights" below).

How long we keep it

We keep your submission for as long as we need it to respond to your enquiry and for our legitimate business records, and we delete it on request.

Who we share it with

Your submission is stored in our database, and we send an internal alert to our team's Slack workspace so we can follow up. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• have inaccurate data corrected (rectification);
• have your data deleted (erasure);
• receive your data in a portable format;
• restrict or object to our processing; and
• withdraw your consent at any time.

Cookies & automated abuse prevention

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Our forms include automated measures to prevent spam and abuse, which process your submission only to confirm it is a genuine request.
